This product is a High-Precision Solid Carbide Thread Milling Cutter (also known as a Tungsten Carbide Thread Mill). It is a highly efficient and precise rotary tool designed to produce internal threads on CNC machining centers via 3-axis helical interpolation. Compared to traditional tapping, thread milling offers superior processing flexibility and safety. It delivers exceptional thread surface finish and dimensional accuracy, completely eliminating the catastrophic risk of a tap breaking and jamming inside a costly workpiece, especially when machining hardened or exotic materials.
